The Brief

The challenge was to transform this once cluttered kitchen into a multi-function family room incorporating a stylish take on shaker kitchen, dining area with expandable table and lounge area and space for a play zone - all on 22m2, working around odd columns and 3 different ceiling heights. 

We set about to create an interior that was informal, inviting, relaxing yet with a dose of elegance suitable for occasional dinner party. ​

Soft greys and limed oak were tied together by a statement floor with patterns reflected in the modular sofa, whilst herringbone marble mosaic on splashback added a touch of luxury to this laid back style.
